How to install OBB?
The cache for the GTA: Vice City game: unpack the folder from the archive to /Android/obb/
– it should turn out like this: /Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtavc/
– install the apk, run the game!
You can use the cache/OBB from version v1.09
